Western Theme Town Center | Car Barn & Sheriff’s Office
The western themed town center is home to the two apartment’s, one called the Sheriff’s office as it is just like an old wild west sheriff’s jail and has a one bedroom and 1.5 half bathrooms. There is also a huge “car barn” which has 8 car bay’s (of the the 26 total on the estate) a custom gear mudroom for getting ready for riding various all terrain vehicles, snowcat, and snowmobiles etcetera. This is also home to much of the included items for plowing and keeping the estate in tip-top shape, such as the Unimog and other vehicles for maintaining the property. As if this isn’t enough fun and convenience, this part of the property also has the gas station which provides both diesel and regular to keep your vehicles and toys all gassed up and ready for adventure.
